Logically, there's nothing EFI-specific about seeding entropy. Rename
the command to 'seed-entropy' and adjust its name. For the moment,
continue to provide 'efi-seed-entropy' as an alias to not break boot
scripts for people that upgrade loader.efi w/o upgrading the boot
scripts.
