Summary

This message is mostly to remind desktop/workstation users to enable and start the daemon, as this step is sometimes overlooked.

Born out of discussion from PR 269310.

6–8	… ensure … make sure … – ensure alone is enough. For what it's worth, I'd make the entire message less verbose …

6–8	New users, particularly those who are used to having this done for them on other systems, are not aware of the rationale to enable and start a service/daemon that is not immediately apparent to proper function of their applications.
