20 ↗	(On Diff #15054)	Just throwing this out there, "Install TLS-enabled netcat" "Demo application" makes it sound like it was included as an example for how to use the LibreSSL API --- and if that's the case, then it shouldn't be enabled by default...

Bundled netcat is no longer a Demo application
