bz updated the diff for D54795: net80211: in net80211_vap_printf() also use vprintf().

Rather than leaving the vlog as a reminder, deal with the TODO comment
in net80211_ic_printf() as well and remove the vlog comment from there.

I don't get the correlation between your commit message and these changes. Is there an actual change (due to casting) in this change? Or is there a problem "somewhere" but this change does not necessarily address that?
