Add back the requested goto

Updated patch based on feedback, including:

• use CCB_CLEAR_ALL_EXCEPT_HDR instead of bzero
• restored goto's
• fixed a log message

v3 of the patch adds the missing changes to passmemsetup() and passdoioctl() as noted in the previous review.

Removed ccb_getdev references and ifdef'd out quirk code in ndaregister
