Create a meta-port for CMake to make it easier for the end user and to better handle migration of build frameworks for dependencies This pushes devel/cmake into /devel/cmake-core, splits manpages to /devel/cmake-man and also uses a common "Makefile" for handling versioning. This also detaches CMake itself via its manpages from sphinx and dependencies of sphinx Poudriere OK (13.0 i386, clean package repo) with all options enabled in devel/cmake (meta-port)
