Teach qa.sh about the Qt6 components and issue more meaningful corrections to the porter, directing them to use the Qt framework, rather than the raw libraries. Remove the already tested USE_QT line from a port that uses most of the Qt6 components like devel/py-qt6-pyqt or devel/pyside6 and evaluate the results.
