This patch improves cesa driver to work with
Linux and FreeBSD DTS.
Difference between FreeBSD and Linux DTS is in
number of devices (1 in Linux, 2 in FreeBSD), and
in regs property (one big range in Linux,
small, accurate ranges in FreeBSD)
