A couple of header files are left under sys/dev/agp, plus
sys/sys/agpio.h, for the benefit of drm2 (still used by the arm TEGRA124
configuration) and pciconf (which can parse and print AGP device
capabilities). The latter could possibly be removed as well, but it
doesn't hurt to keep that functionality for a while longer.
