This recommendation is useless for users, because they can't control what Linux runtime will be used if they install a Linuxulator application.

Instead we should switch the default in Ports, which will result in all Linuxulator ports using rl9. Then we can optionally remove c7 altogether, but there would be no choice of runtimes anyways.
