security/wazuh-manager: Improve port

• Fix issue when agent/manager connection use TCP instead of UDP. (Thanks to dtxdf) [1]
• wazuh-manager settings use TCP by default
• FreeBSD sca,decoders and rules files were updated to fix some conflict issues.
• Bump PORTREVISION
