devel/luajava: deprecate and set expiration date

No new version since 2008, upstream website is gone, JDK8 only, old Lua version.

Github seems to have some forks. So if you use this please create a patch
or speak up to ask somebody to do that.
Reset the maintainer as I only see maintainer timeouts since 2015 in the
port history.
