devel/jackson-databind: Update to 2.22.2

Closes twelve vulnerabilities: @JsonView and @JsonIgnore could be
by-passed in several ways, polymorphic type validation was incomplete,
and deserialization reached out to DNS and arbitrary URL schemes.
