textproc/fixrtf: add LICENSE, update WWW, use PLIST_FILES

• Add LICENSE=BSD2CLAUSE (per source file header)
• Update WWW to FreeBSD wiki (old domain was no longer controlled by us)
• Use PLIST_FILES instead of single-entry pkg-plist
