net/mpd5: retry resolving of peer name

Import r2539 from upstream: if L2TP, PPtTP, TCP or UDP peer
specified with domain name and its resolving fails,
retry until success even for default case of "resolve-once" more.

Bump PORTREVISION for this bugfix.
