editors/libreoffice: update to 25.8.3 release (+)

LibreOffice 25.8.3, the third minor release of the free, volunteer-supported office suite
for personal productivity in office environments, is now available for FreeBSD users!

The new version fixes 70 issues compared to the previous release.
