print/ghostscript9-base: Deprecate and set expiration date to 2023-03-31

Released over 10 years ago and unsupported by upstream, point users to
print/ghostscript9-agpl-base
Set same expiration date as print/ghostscript9-x11 as it doesn't make
sense to just keep one port.
