math/saga: Update to 9.13.0
New Release with many new features and bug fixes, e.g.:
- New plugin 'SAGA Processing Provider' for QGIS, see pkg-message
- 3D Viewer accepting geodetic crs
- imagery_opencv/opencv_ml: Added random forest with options
- imagery_vigra: Fix hdf5 support, further options for random forest
- io_cloud_storage: New tool library to use cloud storage via gdal vsi
- io_gdal, tools added: import from arcgis gdb; list arcgis gdb layers
- io_pdal: New tool Export COPC File
- io_webservices, soilgrids: downloader tool added
Tool interface changes:
- Grid Statistics for Polygons ('shapes_grid', '2') The tool has been renamed to "Zonal Grid Statistics for Polygons" to better reflect its functionality
- Cluster Analysis (Table Fields) ('table_tools', '28') The tool has been renamed to "K-Means Clustering for Table Fields" to better reflect its functionality
