science/avogadrolibs: fix packaging (+)

Restore lost in last commit %%OPENGL%% macro
PlotPdf and PlotXrd Qt plugins now builds and installs without VTK, handle them with %%QT%% macro
Bump PORTREVISION due to package content changed with QT option
