www/code-server: Update to 4.137.0

The diff editor gains a unified layout option that shows changes inline,
side by side, or selects the best fit automatically. Multi-file diffs
now show binary files with a placeholder instead of hiding them. Links
to GitHub issues and pull requests in the Markdown editor show their
title and current state. Extensions that rely on proposed VS Code APIs,
such as Python and Jupyter, now have those APIs enabled.
