deskutils/copyq: Update to 14.0.0

Shipping without audio a qca support for the time being.

Note for packagers (upstream release notes):

• This requires QCA and QtKeychain libraries, but it can be disabled at build time with CMake options WITH_QCA_ENCRYPTION and WITH_KEYCHAIN

• This requires miniaudio library, but it can be disabled at build time with CMake option WITH_AUDIO.
