sysutils/condy: Add new port
Daemon that starts conky and rotates the desktop wallpaper. Detects
fvwm, bvwm, GNOME, and KDE, and sets wallpaper with hsetroot(1).
Sample conky rcs, wallpapers, and configuration overlay included.
