Improve port:

• List all build options in CMAKE_ON and CMAKE_OFF.
• Update dependencies.
• Sort USES, USE_GL, USE_GNOME, USE_XORG.
• Move manpages from option DOCS to MANPAGES.
• Rework install DOCS and EXAMPLES.
• Add option SSE for x86 (default for amd64).
• Add default option OPENMPT.
• Fix warnings from portclippy.
