Improve port:

• Remove devel/pcsc-lite from BUILD_DEPENDS - LIB_DEPENDS adds it in BUILD_DEPENDS too.
• Replace PORTVERSION with DISTVERSION.
• Remove unnecessary MKDIR.
• Merge 4xINSTALL_MAN in single INSTALL_DATA.
• Exclude LICENSE from installation in DOCSDIR - LICENSE_FILE installs it too.
