devel/ivykis: Assume maintainership

While working on a syslog-ng update, our upstream, "Peter Czanik,
noticed our ivykis port was out of date. He sent an email to myself and
the port's maintainer, Gergely Nagy <algernon@madhouse-project.org>,
that it be updated. The maintainer intimated that he hadn't looked at
the in some time, suggesting someone else take it on. I agreed,
promising to update the port. The update will be the next commit to
this port.
