devel/py-b2sdk: Update to 2.7.0
Changes since 2.5.1:
- Fixed datetime.utcnow() deprecation warnings under Python 3.12.
- Make Event Notifications generally available.
- Switch a pytest hook from path to collection_path.
- Add upload token reset after upload timeout.
