multimedia/mythtv: update to 35.0

Notable changes are:
- mythweb is no longer maintained in MythTV. It is now marked as DEPRECATED without a specific EXPIRATION_DATE since it is still usable.
- mythtv-setup, is deprecated and replaced with the Web App (<yourBackend>:6544/setupwizard). It is still available from the command line.
