textproc/feluda: Update 1.11.1 => 1.12.0
Port changes:
- Unbundle libgit2, no more "you might not need libgit2"
- Wordsmith COMMENT: '... your project' => '... a project'
- Remove PORTNAME substitution in PLIST_FILES since 'feluda' is shorter than ${PORTNAME}
