net/freebsd-telnetd: Also disable OpenSSL support

Telnet doesn't use encryption except with Kerberos. As telnet's crypto
is so old that it's unsupprted by newer Kerberos, like MIT KRB5, just
disable it as well. It's not needed without unsupported Kerberos
support.
