textproc/groff: Improve port (non-functional changes)

• Replace PORTVERSION with DISTVERSION.
• Replace spaces with tab in PORTREVISION line.
• Replace RUN_DEPENDS:= with RUN_DEPENDS= - unnecessary ":".
• Remove GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX - this is default value.
• Refresh local patches.
• Sort plist.
