net-mgmt/nagios-plugins: fix SIGSEGV
The code in /usr/local/libexec/nagios/check_http calls
die(STATE_CRITICAL, NULL) but die() can cause SIGSEGV due to
missing check for NULL. Add the check to not dereference NULL.
