www/{nginx,nginx-devel,freenginx}: 3rd-party modules management

Add www/nginx-module-ndk, a source-only port for the Nginx
Development Kit, and use it in the nginx ports instead of fetching
ngx_devel_kit from GitHub. The module version is now maintained in
one place for these ports.
