games/lugaru: fix build with cmake 4, undeprecate and adopt

• fix build with cmake 4
• adopt this unmaintained port
• fix a nuisance warning while we are at it
• move to github, a gitlab upstream exists, too, but bitbucket no longer does

This game is fun. It should not go the way of the dodo just because of
some silly cmake 4 issues.
