graphics/mupdf: Update to 1.26.3

The mupdf requires GNU's ar because it support @file option so add
devel/binutils to build dependencies.
Use archivers/brotli in dependencies.
Clean and simplify make arguments.
Remove unneeded CFLAGS and LDFLAGS.
Remove unneeded post-patch.
