databases/cego: update 2.47.11 -> 2.47.13

• Fix in CegoDistManager::renameLocalObject, before renaming the object, it has to be checked, if the new object name is already in use
• Fix in CegoXPorter::readIndexObject, index schema expects tablename instead of indexname. As a result binary and plain imports with index objects have failed.
