graphics/rgbpaint: work around duplicate symbol issue
- supply CFLAGS+=-fcommon to enable a build with recent clang/gcc
- this fixes the build on FreeBSD 13+
- add missing LIB_DEPENDS, USE_GNOME, and USE_XORG
