• Update WWW
• Fix RUN_DEPENDS:
  • Remove superfluous py-six
  • Add missing py-numpy and py-packaging
  • Update version requirement of RUN_DEPENDS
• Sort RUN_DEPENDS
• Convert to USE_PYTHON=pep517
