devel/cdialog: Update 1.3-20240619 => 1.3-20251223, improve port

• Divide PORTNAME into PKGNAMEPREFIX and PORTNAME.
• Remove unnecessary GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX.
• Use STAGEDIR for STRIP_CMD instead of WRKSRC and use symlink - won't need to change this line after SONAME bump.
• Sort pkg-plist.
