• replace PORTVERSION with DISTVERSION
• sort USES
• fix warning from porudriere: use libboost_program_options.so in LIB_DEPENDS instead of libboost_date_time.so

• fix warnings from portclippy: options order
• fix warning from portlint: spaces => tab in CONFLICTS_INSTALL
