net/amnezia-tools: Fix endpoints and DNS tracking, detach from terminal on start

Various fixes startup:

• fix endpoints tracking
• fix failure in case of DNS server is not responding on startup and retries allowed
• properly detach from terminal on system start
• minor formating fixes
