science/paraview: Fix MPICH option

• Bump PORTREVISION for dependency change

MPICH option should depends on net/py-mpi4py-mpich rather than net/py-mpi4py
which uses openmpi.

Note that this port still does not build due to its dependency (math/openturns)
fails at configure stage. [1][2][3]
