graphics/virtio_gpu_qemu-kmod: New port - virtio gpu driver for UTMapp/qemu

virtio_gpu_qemu enables a virtual machine running under UTMapp/qemu,
which is configured using virtio for the GPU to run a graphical user
interface through X server.
