x11-toolkits/mygui: minor improvements

• Remove dependency on OIS, it's only needed by demos/samples which are not built
• No need to fix pkgconfig path, it's handled by the framework
• Add another WWW
• Switch to CMAKE_OFF where applicable
• Pet portlint
