finance/py-ccxt: Remove duplicate py-cryptography from RUN_DEPENDS

• While I'm here, remove unnecessary USE_PYTHON=cryptography_build

USE_PYTHON=cryptography adds corresponding py-cryptography to RUN_DEPENDS already.
