x11/xorg-cf-files: Update to 1.0.9
Support for using the autoconf/automake build system to install this
package has been removed in this release.
Update COMMENT and pkg-descr.
Add WWW.
Remove REINPLACE_CMD, which is no longer needed in 1.0.4 and later.
