x11-toolkits/pango: fix plist issues

plist changes that were landed for the update in documentation-
generation were missing options flags; some X11-stuff was listed
unconditionally.

(driesm@ already fixed this in the meantime, now I'm just sorting
the files in the %%X11%% option part)
