net-mgmt/netbox: Make online documentation available [1]
- Since the 3.x release of NetBox its documentation has also been made available locally. In order for this to be possible, the documentation must be generated accordingly beforehand.
- Also relax the requirements for Pillow because there have been no problems so far and to make future updates of Pillow easier.
- Bump PORTREVISION due changed package contents.
