devel/libdatrie: Fix symbol versioning

Somehow version script tests always fails on FreeBSD and the necessary
FLAGS are not passed to the builder. See:
https://github.com/dgibson/dtc/issues/171

This is a very bad way of fixing this but if someone has a better way of
fixing this please let me know.
