Delete OpenBSD tree from the cgi script and move the OpenBSD
configuration to the extern config file /usr/local/etc/cvsweb.
OpenBSD is not a standard part of FreeBSD ;-) and I doubt that
FreeBSD mirror site will support OpenBSD.
