Comment out the paragraph that talks about how to make level 372 -current
source tree from the 2.0R source tree since it's not easy to find the
CTM delta listed there. (In fact, I couldn't find it after all.)
Actually, even if you could find this, you probably have to get tons of
deltas which probably are more than just getting one recent base delta. :)
